I completely understand that life can get in the way sometimes so if you need to rearrange your appointment I kindly ask that you give atleast 48 hours notice.

Unfortunately, with less than 48 hours notice, you will lose your deposit and you will need to pay a new deposit  to re-book.

No-shows will be unable to book any future appointments. 

 

Top-Up Appointments

  Annual Top-Up Appointments can only be booked by existing clients. All new clients that have ANY previous Permanent Makeup will need to book a consultation in which I will look at your existing Permanent Makeup to see if treatment can go ahead. 

  Your 4-6 week Top-Up Appointments will need to be  within this time frame after your first treatment. If it is left any longer than 8 weeks you will incur an extra charge as this will take more time. Without your Top-Up Appointment you will not get the results you wish for and you wont get the ideal longevity from your Permanent Makeup.
